Anyone got any experience with Tarptent tents?
Im looking at the StratoSpire 1 or 2 (probably 2).
Purpose for tent is Canterbury tops hunting. Needs to hold up well in the wind/rain. Wont be using it in snow if all goes to plan.
Cheers

I have a tarp tent rainbow which is great. Excellent value for money. Holds up in the wind very well for the weight.
Had a Rainbow as well (lost it). Very good for a single skin tent.
Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
This is excellent gear. I don't have their tarp tent but have a pack.

I have a couple tarp tents, a 1 and 3 person. Good compromise of light and sturdy, everything is a trade off though, to get a light tent they aren't as robust as a macpac but half the weight.
