    Tatonka norix 48

Looking as a day bag/overnighter. Who has one and what do you reckon? Can get a macpac torlesse 50 for about the same $$ which are fine but just thinking about other options.
    Cheers

    Hi,

I recently went through the same process. I looked at the norix, I just picked up this for $180 on sale

Probably not as durable as the norix, but comfortable and has good features. Going for a day trip saturday so can give more feedback on it after that.

    Hey.

I really liked it. Similar configuration to my bigger Macpac cascade 75L but smaller and lighter. I used a stoney creek gun scabbard and the side cinch straps to fix my rifle to it. They did loosen off a bit from time to time when jumping around, but i'm just been fussy.
The fabric is pretty light so I probably wouldn't take it if i knew alot of heavy bush bashing was involved. But mint for day/overnighters in more open country.
