My favourite item would be my stainless cutlery set. I bought 5 of them but after lending them out I have only one complete set left. The metal is thick enough that it maintains its shape. The knife actually cuts. When I am cooking up a big brew of grub for a large group I can turn it into a long handled spoon. I add in a teaspoon too.
Also I take a 400mmx400mm microfibre cloth for a towel. There isn't a lot of me and it will dry me off after a bath/swim/shower/dunk.
Thats really interesting. I only ever take in a spoon. It does everything for me. If I need a knife, I use my hunting one. Just a spoon can pretty much do everything though. Mines a light titanium one. I don't carry anything I don't need.

As the years start to stack up and the body is pretty stuffed I'm starting to do the same.
