Thread: Tent seam waterproofing

yeah , I just waterproofed my jacket like that. the water just beads off now. get some rtv silicone and turps. squeeze some silicone into a container ,then mix in some turps until it is real runny, then i just wiped it on with a rag. make sure you use gloves though , rtv is horrible crap to get off your hands. look on youtube for homemade siltarp videos and you will find some info.
