    is there a jet boil difusor?

    is there an attatchment for jet boil to spread the flame a bit more for using a small pan on?

    mine came standard with the pot support. One of my hunting matez regularly puts his fry pan on it. it does tend to get a bit hot in the centre but it works for bacon and small sausages. just keep moving them around. (light alloy pan)

    Yeah ok , thanks for this info.

    We would also use small Ali fry pan, I also feel too hot in middle would be regular drama.

    We may go for a different style burner for cooking an use jetboil for water boiling ...

    Yeah what others have suggested are pot/frypan stands. As you see the burner remains the same. Rees suggestion is a bit closer to what might work but I am not aware of something that spreads the burner flame out further. You may be better off buying a Kovea stove with bigger flame base? And the canister will still fit your jet boil as well. Take both if flying into the mountains.

    I've got a pot like this

    which is a diffuser on a cooking pot

    It's pretty good but you can get it hung up on the edge of the gas stove trivet so need to pick it up vertically if that makes sense

    I like it and use it on the regular

    Jet boil told me if you don't use a pot support you will stuff you cooker.

    I had one on mine and it melted the plastic base. I got hold of jetboil and there answer was sorry it's out of warranty.
