Thread: Trail running shoes?

Use a pair of Merrel light weight shoes/boots for quick evening wanders, have lasted well considering a often end up working then all day at work.

Just put on a pair of 'mack' shoes for work, They have a certified steel cap but it's plastic so nice and light, mate uses them at work and finds them really comfy. Been in them for a few hours now and no complaints.

Find that trail shoes are ok for an evening wander but if a trip involves, steep decent or traversing I much prefer a pair of boots with ankle support
