Thread: UHF radio recomendations

I recently bought a tradie pack of two 5 watt unidens with plenty of extras, they seemed to work well on out last hunt but I don't like the belt clip (always falling off) so you need to attach them to a lanyard.They are nice and clear but when you put the external mic on they aren't so clear. They seem to have a good range and worked when I was way down in a gully, I don't think you could go too far wrong with them. Motorola are the best and we use them at work however they are very expensive. Hope this helps.
