    Very handy for your kit.

I came across this stuff last year while googling how to fix my worn out windscreen wiper linkage on the old hilux. I keep a small ball of it in my kit always now! It can be used to fix or make a ton of stuff. I've used it for various fixes out on the hill including making a splint for my broken finger when a horse pulled back on a rope I was tying in Canada.
You just pop some of the beads in a cup of hot water at home they'll go translucent and soft then mold it into a ball so when you're on the hill you can use your cooker to remelt it. Better living.

Ha! Broke my finger against the saddle horn 2 yrs ago when a horse I was towing reared up at a bear near the trail.
Was warned not to have it tied on tight or to have my hand anywhere near the rope or horn.
Some fucker behind me yelled bear and I grabbed the horn to turn around and look.

Had to carry on as we were miles from anywhere and it all healed up crooked.
Lashing on the panyards on a pack horse was a nightmare when I was alone with no one to help.
My diamonds left a lot to be desired

Yeah it's no good with a broken digit, you take them for-granted...Molded this thermoplastic round mine and left it for 4 weeks and it set perfectly straight though.

Depends where on the coast you come from. Some have huge fore heads, extra digets or a sibling growing out of there neck. Where I am from you get all 3

I think the joke is something like-"doesn't have the extra head but the scar is still there"
In the hunter valley region Australia, Cessnock become "necknock". say it like a lisp-they cop it for the same thing

I remember @sambnz busted out some of this stuff and made a mount to mount his geovids on a tripod while we were hunting once. You probably had to be there to see the funny side but it looked like a mad scientist had created some kind of junkyard robot Haha

We coasters are different alright. But as the world falls into the cespit of the extreme left ideology we are seeming to become more and more normal. I couldnt and wouldnt want to live anywhere else in NZ
