I decided I'd add one to my hunting plant so got a cobber to grab me some long lengths of manuka from his upcountry home. Added a piece of "y"timber to the top of it and bravo ,bloody excellent-support ,carrying device, prober ,you name it and 100%organic.
the others Ive used for a shovel handle on the truck shovel and a rather natty wee knockout billy club!
Ive had a few lower leg probs over the years so find some terrain a little challenging when out duckshooting but the pole helps-bloody good for checking the depth of water in lakes streams etc before i lumber through.
