    @R93 mine started eating batteries as well, screen was getting past it as well. Have had 2 suuntos and been 'ok' time to change to CASIO as had an old g shock for 10+ years and nothing wrong with it.

    The recall on the rangeman is a bit difficult to work out, graph on the main screen is great untill there are large changes in pressure and the chart doesn't show much more than the last few hours

    Yeah I could understand having a couple batteries that were on the shelf a while but on my fifth battery and all are lasting the same amount of time.

    I don't like the Casios as the face is cluttered compared to the larger Suunto. My eyesight isint what it used to be either.

    Having a large face the GPS, good sensors and moon phase is what swayed me to the Suunto.
