Suunto Core
Used to have a suunto ambit, it was not bad to navigate with using the gps and compass, accurate. But dispite my best efforts I never got lost enough to worry about using it.
Hahahahaha, you still own an ambit, you just don't have possession of an ambit.
I might drop it off tomorrow. Might.

Are you currently in a museum?
Tape measure!
He must be old @Gibo, took him bloody hours to take three photographs
Edit: actually, looks like it took him days, must have had to develop them in the dark room
Hope you fucken fall over and get another 6 weeks!:D
I've got a Luminox as I like the simple analouge face and the tritium illumination is fantastic, plastic body and velcro strap. It's on its third battery, fifth glass face and third strap. However when I finally kill it I'll replace it with a Suunto I think.
However it's no good to you because it doesn't have any of those fancy things you're after.
Use your fucken phone ya Homo
Went with a G Shock Rangeman. By all accounts it is quite accurate for pressure and altitude against my Garmin. Will continue to do validations from known sources.
Quick findings:
Temperature - useless unless you take it off - no surprises there. Will look at timing how long it takes to get back to temp, the arm warms it up.
Baro - looking spot on ± 1 hPa
Altitude - so far ± 5M so good enough
Compass - haven't used it much - wont be replacing my Silva :)
Have a suunto vector and a g-shock. Both work well. The sunnto is nowhere near as tough though and is showing wear and tear fast. Soft plastic housings etc.
@JoshC yeah, the bevel popped off mine first then the glass got scratched easily. Cant blame the watch for the glancing axe blow that cracked the glass
Side note, if anyone knows how to turn the hourly beeps off on the Rangeman hola at me.......Its not anywhere in the manual or on google. Fricking annoying!!
Aim at the centre of the dial! That will shut it up! Mind the plastic shards:)
@Gibo Scroll through your alarms with the top/bottom buttons till it shows SIG and toggle it off with the middle button on the right hand side.
The most useless feature to be added to a watch, well other than those stupid hands. ;)
