Thread: Waterproofing a tent

Phil I just used a proper silicon seam sealer on all the seams on my little Terra Nova tent (silnylon) and once or twice I have given the whole tent a quick zap with silicon spray from repco then gave it a wipe down so there was no residue, more for maintenance as it's never leaked. Has maintained the "sliperyness" of the silnylon well though, putting it back in its bag is like trying to baptize a cat!
