Duck hunting type applicastion. So something thin enough to still get your finger into the trigger guard, but able to keep your fingers warm.

More concerned about keeping fingers warm than dry... Used to fly-fish with fleece gloves, kept my fingers warm even after dunking them into freezing lake, is that still the go, or have you guys found something else that works better ?
I rate the snowbee sft neoprene gloves light weight super stretchy not slippery on rifle stock good trigger control as still thin seams welded and taped, good length up forearm too.. Only come in green.

how about fingerless gloves? some good merino type or something like that, keep your finger tips useful while your hand should stay warm.
I havent tried this before so dont cry to me when its no good!

I will see how i get on in farmlands today @Dundee after this weeks weather and having fleece type insulated gloves when it was trying to snow with wet hands it wasn't nice. Still like to be able to open gate latches and dog clips, pain in the arse taking gloves off and on.

[QUOTE=Dundee;272874]Hi ebf I use youngstown in the wet weather and find them real good for hunting as well.

Keen to try these but having no joy finding any one up my way that stocks these. The Youngstown website lists a bunch of retailers that "stock their gloves" Mitre10, H&F, Farmlands, FarmSource etc.
Tried all these local but no one has them. Any suggestions for who does stock them ?

Can't go wrong with these: https://www.armyandoutdoors.co.nz/co...=8801229602881

Had a set for around a month. Riding to and from work in the heaving rain and cold over the last couple of weeks. Hands have remained warm and dry. Have also had them out hunting and there awesome, retain excellent dexterity, no issues at all operating a firearm and again nice warm and toasty.

    Only $49

Are they big fitting - most gloves seem to be small for their size - if you get what I meaning
