what to buy, WATER PROOF/WINDPROOF JACKET

i got a refund on my hunters element jacket today ( first time out in light rain for 3 hours and i got soaked through ) so what im looking for is
    100% water proof
    100% wind proof
    breathable
    armpit heat dumps
light weight around a kg would be nice
    packable
quiet if poss but thats the last thing on the list

    what i dont want

    hunters element haha
    heavy bush coat
i want water to run straight off not have a wet heavy water logged outter layer which i know its likely to make it noiseyer

    thanks guys and girls

I'm going to get one of these in the next few weeks.
Not fully waterproof but they look pretty darn good.

Got a pair of Attack pants a month back and have given them a good work out. I really like them .

My Hunters Element jacket did the same. Light/moderate rain in the bush and I was getting wet arms - WTF

Grow up and stop bad-mouthing them.. it was a 20 year-old jacket!

Kuiu Yukon. IMO the best waterproof/bombproof/breathable jacket on the market.

Very light, compactable. Amazing hood, great pockets. Ain't cheap, but it'll do its job when it's needed.

Been raining enough here so had mine out, it beads off well, I haven't had it out for hours at all as I have the Yukon and that's the 100% rain one.

It's not waterproof. Its beads off light drizzle for 30mins or so.

Good jacket tho, windproof and has a bit of warmth plus pit zips etc

I wouldn't get the Guide if you're wanting a 100% waterproof jacket. The guide is more of a multi purpase jacket
