Used a Silky 180 for a while, and was most impressed with it but thought there had to be something even better so tried a Silky Gomboy....it has a longer thinner kerf blade that cut wonderfully as long as it was used properly. I managed to break two blades in short order by pushing, so gave up and went back to the more forgiving F180......plus its lighter!
Will have a look at a Silky 180 by the comments, don’t know if a Gomboy will be any good for a rough bugger like me. If you broke blades I’d be stuffed in about 10 minutes.
