They are real easy to do when you know how. Simply assemble the magazine with the hex nut and screw removed and the spring sticking through the hole in the cover plate, hook the hex nut onto the spring tag , wind on 2 - 2-1/2 turns and push the nut into the hex recess, hold everytihing in place between your finger and thumb and refit the centre screw. 30 seconds to a minute.

Yep I saw it on youtube looks easy but problem was anymore than a turn and click the spring popped out of the hole.
