That’s a bummer about the exped. Was it on something sharp or left fully inflated in a hot tent? Or did it just fail? Maybe it’s under warranty? FWIW I am still loving my neoair after several years of use.

Hey Will,

I can't be too sure but I think it got punctured at home after my sister used it in the apartment.
When you use your Neoair are you also using a foam mattress as ground support?
