    Depends on what type of water you shoot over. Big water needs loud calls - something like Zink PH2 or one of the Hammond calls, but you still need to know how and when to blow it properly.
    Ponds you can get away with any of the reasonable calls - Duck Commander, Olt, Haydels - they all work.
