Yeah never shoot the home birds! it's like shooting the camp stag
sweet!
But are they two nodding thistles in the pic?

Cool fotos, Pointer...saw three nice poults crossing the road on the way to work the other day...did see some very new Callie chicks with parents two weeks ago as well...90 days to go now...
Love watching the young'uns... Theres a few dopey ones around at the moment that love to play chicken on the road, I'm sure I shortened one by six inches of tail feathers just the other day. If I catch up with him in the season at least I will recognise him!
you seem to be good at shortening tails/tail feathers. Waiting for the news headline, man hit by 4WD ,cock severed
as soon as I typed that I thought I was leaving myself wide open...
Tres bon, merci beaucoup!!! What little characters...growing like the proverbial mushrooms...went to take a three week old photo and the batteries were flat...I knew when I bought the cheap junky ones they would fail me!!! Thankfully, mum dog will have her figure back for Opening Day!!!!! Not even sure how long to that wonderful Saturday but it cannot dawn soon enough.
I'm away from computer now, hope everyone has a safe and happy shooting season! Keep safe and hot barrels. All the best
Jim
