    Christchurch/ rakaia duck numbers

Hows it looking down there guys?

Me and my mates are heading doen there to shoot on a dairy farm this year for the first time. Pond is on the northern boundary of the river and eastern side of main road. Benn plenty of ducks on it but haven't been down for a look for a month or two.

Anyone else shoot in that area? Guess it's not far from lake elsemere in a straight line

Ones thing for sure, it will be better than shooting a dry pond in the waikato like I have all my life

    your welcome to them haha

Na ponds are not looking good, they dried over completely and now weeds have taken over so no open water. Still a few ducks around on the ponds we jump but hardly worth the hassle.

Will be a good change going down south
