    Amazing numbers - might be a great example of what can happen with these birds if they are left to multiply
    One of the neighbours imported a couple of doves about four years back and they are now out of control - bastards sit and shit on anything and coo incessantly
    I used to live in Cambridge and over there pigeons are even worse
    If you ever get a chance to shoot a dove or pigeon - or hundreds of the bastards - go for it
    We need more native Falcon - my brother in law in Richmond had pigeons - until a Falcon found them - all gone in a month or so - he took one every two days - ate half and came back next day to eat the other half - fabulous birds
