    I have a stupid question.....

    Why do they have a cut off period for feeding out for ducks..... Are they not a Pest ?

    no ducks geese etc are all guts'at heart and will gorge themselves on anything they can.

    one of the best legends from years gone by was a F&G ranger called into settle dispute between two parties who both were claiming maimai as their own,the 2 were close together and neither party wanted to shift or share....Ranger turns up with bag of barley in his pocket...."Now gentlemen, you can play this one of two ways, either you sort your shit out and share the area,or I shal empty out his here bag of barley and neither of you will be able to shoot here"
    they say the parties got along famously after that.

    wash your mouth out...they like ALL our game animals are a RESOURCE ...... to be managed and harvested for the good of all.... now go sit in naughty corner for half hour and dont come out till you have concept ingrained in your head.
