You dont need a game bird licence on your own land but anyone else in your party will.
Best to contact the neighbours and let them know and see if any other parties already shoot on the other side

There is more to it guys,
Game bird license is not required only if,

- that particular land is OP primary or only residence.
- The land is under OP name or OP parent or trustee
- 1 more but I can't remember
