    Eley lightning steel

Has enyone used this stuff any good? Are the pattens pretty sh*t or good? Is there eny different between killing power with the two loads 1 1 /8 or 1 1/4? Is it just better to use falcon. What ammo are you gonna use this season

It was ok. I find their ammo is dirty though compared to others. The gun was filthy when finished.
Now using Clever steel from Reloaders.. Patterns nice.

sorry I was being flippant......if I could only use one load it would be a 1 1/8th oz load of #2s going somewhere above 1500fps
Ive tried heavier payloads/slower speeds/smaller shot and will just go back to what works for me.
#3 is very good aswell but with the odd canada and many parries with longer range being 3 wing beats away the #2 just does the job better FOR ME.
the #4 35grm falcon works good as many will attest to but I will go back to and stick to #2s from here on. when my mate finished borrowing my pump last season I got to have a go and had great fun with 3" 2s
