    farmers and geese

today i will shoot a farm with a few geese.
the excellent thing is the farmer asked me not to thrash them as he likes seeing this majestic bird around and they do him no harm and in his opinion are reduced substancialy so under control. they only eat wastes grain on his place and he likes seeing and hearing them.
you could argue he has that luxury via hunters like boomstick ded dux massive and others not to mention high country culls and helicopter assaults in the river but still a refreshing attitude. now if only we could convince our gamebird managers that a cooperative attitude and collective push for reinstatement is a idea whose time has come.
