    Fifth of thames

    Anyone heard reports on how the firth is shooting this year?thinking about taking the gunboat out when the tides suit bit it’s a big effort getting out there for a few ducks if it’s not shooting well with all the surface water around,I’ve only done it once before so am a complete novice ,any tips appreciated, thanks

    for what it is worth I was at the waikawau mussel farms fishing and saw bugger all ducks and no gun shots. this was from 3pm to 6pm/dark.
