Not to worried about that part. Happy as with the pond we ve created over four 'five years hard graft and the ducks love it

HA you want to come shoot in the south island. There really are NO ducks , Geese or swans.

I know where you live! Better not be away from home in the few weeks before D Day nothing like a quick poach before opening morn! that last photos awesome!

I haven't seen a single duck come into our ponds since nesting season...and apart from one hill in the way a photo of it would almost copy yours...heaps of pheasants though

They are all down here at night time. They know where the drinking tavern is finally !!
Looks like someone has been emptying pillows round the shoreline ,,,
And there is a massive paddock of maize about to be harvested guess where.
20 mtrs away ha ha ha .. Time will tell though pond water levels well down..

Have you water nearby?, I have a pump and layflat hose...supposed to do a cube a minute
