    the humble bunny

    i give you the humble rabbitt [underground mutton] the savior of the sanity of many a trigger happy frustrated bird hunter.4 got extremly unlucky this avo but a harrier with a broken wing got lucky when i found him poor bastard.

    and the light brown one known to the farmer as the ginga ninja is a cottontail not a hare

    Are you in the south island. I only know of rabbit and hare. The odd black rabbit. None of those look like hares.... is cotton tail the standard rabbit? Hares being bigger with red meat arnt they jack rabbits as well? Not saying your wrong just curious.
    Iv shot long range rabbit and been beaten to the rabbit buy a hawk. Sneaky buggers.

    the photo doesnt do it justice but he is quite browny harey coloured
    yep cottontails are the usual bunny and ie always thought of jackrabbitts as hares
    red meat and a strong different taste to bunny.
    id forgotten how challeging a target rabbits flushed out of hedges are with a dog up thier butts

    it's a good work. I like to hunt rabbits but I don't like their meat(

    get a young half grown rabbit greyson and they melt in your mouth like butter

    yep and stalking a pressured bunny or two will teach you some humility as well as stalking skills

    spring counter terrorist offensive inconclusive a couple of young new recruits takenbut the enemies use of tunnels becoming problematic
    thier airforce did suffer a couple of losses however one even bounced off a fence but no one there for the mid air catch .
    red did snaffle him once he hit the deck tho.
