Thread: Looking for Canada goose hunting opportunities in Auckland/Waikato region

Hi all,

I am interested in Canada goose hunting in Auckland/Waikato region.
I have plenty of experience in waterfowl hunting and have all the gear (land decoys, calls etc.) needed for a good hunt.
I also love to eat the game meat, so nothing will go wasted.

Anyone having problems with this "pest" on their farms etc. are welcome to contact me. I shall be more than happy to help;-)

I shall also be thankful if someone could give me tips where can I hunt them on public/private lands in central/northern part of north Island.

Canada's can be hunted during the season at Whakaki logo on north of Wairoa.

Not sure who to contact but I'd try the Eastern District Fish & Game
