    I like a woman who can deal with rope how would you go splicing 30mm steel?

    Wow...very cool.

    Any references for someone wanyting to give it a go, tips or tricks?

    Gonna be spending a bit of time with uncle google looking at a bunch a stuff...better be careful with search words on this one...lol

    Start off on a hemp rope Eeebees. Much easier going till you get the hang of it. My brother was brilliant at it. I sucked.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    If you can locate the bible on leather braiding (Amazon has it) Leather Braiding by Bruce Grant is all you need. You need a decent fid as well. If you use precut leather braiding lace practice on string first...cos the lace is so expensive!!

    You can often find the brass rings and swivels on my favourite shop ebay.co.uk for a fraction of the price we pay here...and that is solid brass stuff.

    Similar to rope splice but with the lay instead of across the lay and tapered back in. Should be plenty of tube vids

    I weaved baling twine like that rope to make a crack for a bull whip,looks very simalar to that rope Eeebees.

    No it is blanket, pure cotton of course, I bought off the web...have tried a search for it but cannot find Ill have another look.
