    No more Duckshooting??

    Someone just told me this is no more as the coppers have banned steel and tungsten ammo etc. Does anybody no more? He said someone at Hunting and Fishing was telling him.

    @charliehorse, that is the interpretation of the laywers COLFO engaged.

    COLFO sent out emails to this effect earlier today. they have written to Nash, giving him an opportunity to respond before going to judicial review

    will be interesting to see where it goes.

    Thanks I went to the Police site through the link and read what was there and then bounced off that and went to the link for the order 2019 and for the life of me I could not find the exclusion for shotgun cartridges they speak of. I am often accused by my missus of having domestic blindness so maybe I also have Order 2019 blindness. If you fellahs can find it let me know where it is.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Gotta be deliberate because the use of steel shot over water has been in law for years. Cops are sure to be aware of that law and they will have been intimately involved in creating this latest crock. If that is not the case then ggovrrnment and police law advisors must actually be grossly incompetent and should be summararily sacked and derigestered by the lawyers disciplanary agency. The Minister of Justice (A. LITTLE) and the Chief Justice should intervene. Oh, and nappy wipes are obviously required as well.
