    Ive made one out of a kids party whistle(the type where when its blown the paper tube unfurls) and the barrel of an old felt marker pen elastoplast holds it together.

    makes a passable parrie call

    PS did I spell correctly oh great lexicographer MB .id hate to fucking offend you again
