    Pattern Master Chokes

These have been out for a while now. Just wondering what your experiences are having used them for a few years. Would you spend the money again to get one, or are they just clever marketing. In theory, and going by reviews, they're the ducks nuts. But what I'm after are real life results.
If you can't hit a barn door, they're not going to improve that, but do they produce a more deadly ball of shot going out.
Just trying to justify to myself buying a shottie that they fit, or just spend that extra on another couple of slabs

Absolutely outstanding at distance. Equally devastating in close

Unbelievable addition to a Benelli. Brutal on pheasants , ducks ,swan. Makes an average shooter climb into the super league. Highly recommended.

Yep, been using one on my semi for a few years. Certainly helps that steel shit we are forced to use.

Bugger. I was hoping to be told they're a waste of money, don't bother.
The way I see it it's either a clean hit and flop, or clean miss. I was getting to many puffs of feathers, it stuttered and then bird kept on flying. To eliminate that has to be a bonus.
Thanks for the real life feedback

Damn these sound pretty good, do you know if these work well with pump actions? I have a remington 870 wingmaster.

the action type won't matter,it's just a matter of finding one to fit an 870

I've never tried a patternmaster but have a Kicks Xfull. Rated to 0 size steel shot... all compression done out side of the barrel which is what swayed me in the end.
It works. I've patterned mine at a lasered 50m all shot within 1 metre diameter

Just purchased a Browning Gold Hunter and will start looking for the best deal to get one. I've just looked in the Reloaders book and they had them $140, H&F $170
