Pointer setter, HPR and Retriever trials Sun Sept 23rd in Tuakaua

There is a variety of picnic trials on Sunday Sept 23rd in Tuakau. The trial starts at 9am and entries close at 10 AM on the day

There will be a Pointer Setter down the line trial, retriever trials and an HPR trial (combined down the line and novice water retrieve)

This is a very low key, relaxed event and a great opportunity to get the dogs out and about for a bit of off season work or just come out to BS with some friendly dog people.

Looking forward to it. I'm fairly easy to identify as the one holding the lead attached to one of these two

Note: the HPR trials are the work of Rob Gaastra, president of the ARGSPC. We had a talk a couple weekends ago at the braced trials about what needed to happen and I buggered off down south to go trialing and word came through that it was on so full credit goes to Rob for making things happen.

My back's not up, it's just a random comment for a thread about a trial.

She is not running. She grew up in a large breeding kennel and was never socialized until she got on a plane to come to NZ so being around groups of strangers stresses her out and I don't want to stress her while she's pregnant.

I have a lot more pictures of the boys because they live with me full time and do the majority of the hunting. Gipsi lives with my friend with my weim bitch I gave her.
