Going roast one and breast the others.
I already love the cubed way but have never tried deep fried so will give that a go for sure
How long in deep fryer? 5 mins?

My boy and I just finished a feed.

I think I will chill or freeze the breast meat a bit longer before eating as it was on the slight edge of being chewy.
Could have been a minute too long in the frier as well. Knife went thru meat like you would expect when cutting tender meat.

    However flavour was friggen primo.

Cubed, soaked in egg and milk wash with lemon for the day.

Made a crumb with some stuff from the pantry, deep fried for 5 mins.

Canada goose has to be one of the most underrated game bird meats you can get.
