    It wasn't funny when I lived in the SI either & was intended to be offensive .Maybe some people need to learn some manners & not make statement
    like that on a public forum ,or is it they got out of bed on the wrong side. Certainly seem to have an inferiority complex them live down there.

    It is a term enderment and I have never heard it used as an insult in my 40 years here.

    Yes someone certainly does seem to have an inferiority complex.
