Thread: Big central South Island fish!

Hey team. My sister lives and breathes fishing and is involved in the scene around Twizel/Tekapo. She’s caught some real stonker fish and not just in the canals either! I gave her shit about “cheating” so she promptly went out and learnt to fly fish and has caught some real beauty river fish just to spite me. She’s a pro-staffer for Shimano NZ and Deadeggs and has started a wee Instagram page but she’s not real flash at drumming up a following, I had to show her how hashtags work yesterday. She’s jammy as bet she’d end up with a 150+ stripey to the boat haha. If you look at her Instagram posts she’s like “set myself a goal of learning to fly fish and landing a 10lb+ fish from a river” (no canals)

i run into them from time to time up there when we are on missions
