Great story and believable. I've always thought people quite brave/stupid to hang a burley bag off a kayak! There are other ways of doing it.

Use to do the Counties shark hunt every year from the Glenbrook boat ramp 20 years ago. There are some REALLY big bitty things in the Manukau. I don't swim much in salt water.
