    Cockles

    Someone told me there were cockles in the bay, but I couldn't find any

    Go for it Pengy. Take a spade and do it like a POME.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    From what I have seen and heard, they are what are known as Clams in some parts of NZ too

    They sell them at the supermarket (labled as Clams) - $5.99 for 500g so quite cheap for seafood.

    They are delicious. You've gotta get them to spit out all the sand they have in em(various ways of doing this), and use em steamed, in soups, any which way, they're all good. Best I've had was raw in a shot of tomato juice, Tabasco and vodka - I'd recommend 4 to start with hahahaha
