I find that hard to watch. Fiordland should be off limits to the taking of crayfish and other species, both recreationally and commercially. This is one place in NZ where we could leave the sea life alone and stop stuffing them into fish bins. I know about the other reserves around NZ, but down there it's different and should be saved from exploitation.
It is probably the best managed crayfishery in the country (now)
