    Not saltwater I know but...............you could register the young-un for a trout license, free for under 12's, just go through the online license buying process when you stick in the DOB the website drops all charges. Then you are set to go to either the Southern reservoir or Sullivans Dam, both are stocked with trout by fishngame, nice safe pleasant spots with the chance of a trout
