About LinkBacksI've spent my entire adult life catching and eating trout.. until recently. I've been in the Northland a few years now and got well in to the saltwater stuff. It goes without saying that snapper are fine eating fish. Thing is, I can't stand trout anymore! I've tried everything, all my old recipes, smoking etc, but it just turns my stomach. Anyone else been through this or can suggest a fail-safe recipe?
