    Absolutely love Trout, if I've caught it out of Tarawra. I eat a lot of fish, Snapper, Terakihi, Kahawai, Sweep and g
    Gurnard, all in the last 10days or so. Trout is rright up there with all of them. Favourite recipe is. Cooked in lemon juice and prepared in coconut cream, Capsicum, cucumber, spring onions, baby tomatoes and coriander.

    Have to agree with you there. The trout from Tarawera are bloody delicious. Got one out of there recently and there's no comparison whatsoever to the ones I pull out of the Ngo
