    Not much difference in quality between them, warehouse ones not quite as good.

    Okuma you can get new rod sections so shouldn't cost as much if you need a new tip.

    10 years warranty on all Shimano reels so you know it will last (provided you rinse it in freshwater and oil/grease it.)
