Bit like using lead in the shotty Toby. If you were right up the Ruakituri and said you're fishing for kahawai then you're up shit creek but in your instance as long as you put it back then no foul. Same as being on the duck pond with 12g lead and saying you're waiting for the rabbits to come out! Depends on the circumstance.
