    Filleting Trout

    Some one asked me the other day how I fillet trout,I thought I already started a thread on this but forgive me if there is one on here I searched and couldn't find it maybe I was wrong.

    First catch ya trout

    Slice down the back bone

    Place filleting knife under the white bones as above and slice out just under the bones,slide filleting knife down through tail no bones there. Run finger along top of the half trout and slice between the row of bones.

    Those white bones will come off like this leaving the flesh of the trout behind.

    Have another beer

    Now just look at the pics, think yas get me drift

    Tail bit no bones,fillet the top strip up and the bottom bit down leaving the row of bones on the skin.
