    They are a seasonal visitor here, and get targeted by the local Indian guys as they reckon it makes a good fish curry.

    I smoked it this morning and am impressed. They are a solid little fish, similar to a kingfish but slightly skinnier around the tail. I might have to come back and get a few more. Nothing wrong with the taste, that's for sure.
    Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
