cut under dorsal,down to backbone behind the head
hold head and tail,bend and push hands together.
grab protruding bit and pull the skin off
fillet.
Frames and pinholes go in stock,fish soup for lunch tomorrow

Yup, filleting gloves are magic things. You won't regret it . We did not have fish for tea tonight for a change. My super wife made a venison chilli with wild rice
