    Haha, bloody Jafas, should see us in the morning driving to work, I recon 50% of us are picking there noses or ripping nasal fur out!

    Fav of mine too. Fresh flounder for breaky, cooked in pan in butter, squeeze of lemon.

    Anyone do fillets?

    Dang that looks good. Skin on a swell. Good point with the kids, mine don't mind, but missus not that keen.

    Better than whole. Easy to fillet and can cook more at once😆

    Skin on is the best! Light flour fry in butter skin side down...you have to hold them flat for the first minute or so or they curl up, 90% cook skin side down for nice crispy skin and just a sear on the flesh side = bloody brilliant.
