Well fellas I gave the fillets a crack for tea tonight. I know VCs a fan, and they where everything promised. Hit with the rest of the fam, no one freaking out about picking over a carcus.
Fillets alah VC styles with spuds, kumura, carrot chunky chips. Mushies with mine (conventional type despite being from Riverhead :mah (chilling):) top notch.
